The natural gas boiler adjusts the intake air size of the burner by adjusting or installing the throttle control on the pressure switch.
.Remove the overpressure switch and the explosion-proof needle on the explosion-proof port, take out the medium temperature sensor, and take out the over-temperature switch.
.Set the vacuum target on the display to 25Kpa and the vacuum conversion to 20Kpa.
.Place the flue gas shutoff valve on the chimney open and the gas ball valve open.
.Discharge the air through the discharge tube on the gas pipe until the gas smell is heard and then close the release valve.
.Install the pressure gauge that you carry with you on the pressure tapping point at the intake end of the valve block.
.Turn the minimum gas pressure switch and the air pressure switch to the minimum scale, and turn on the burner to observe the gas butterfly valve (the gas butterfly valve should be rotated to 90° when the burner is pre-blowing, and the gas butterfly valve is generally 25° when the small fire is pre-blowing). 30°). If not, stop the burner first and then adjust it by adjusting the servo motor.
.Turn the pressure adjustment screw on the valve block to the maximum opening and turn the burner on for the first time. It may be unsuccessful to start two ignitions because the gas may be impure or the damper is too large and the gas volume is small.
.After the first ignition is successful, keep the burner in a small fire and check the flow rate and adjust the flow rate (in general, the small fire flow rate is about 1/3 of the full-load hour air consumption). After the small fire flow is adjusted, transfer to the fire and check and adjust the flow rate (the large fire flow is the full-load hour air consumption of the machine)
.After the flow is adjusted, turn the burner to a small fire and a large fire, and adjust the size of the damper according to the measured value of the oxygen content instrument. (In general, the oxygen content of the flue gas after the small fire is 5%, after the fire is burned The smoke oxygen content is about 3%), and the damper is adjusted to the position desired.
.The gas pressure gauge should be observed at any time during the commissioning process. If the pressure does not meet the requirements or the fluctuation is too large, the unit may not burn properly.
Let the burner run at the low fire position, turn the air pressure switch clockwise until the burner locks, then turn the dial 20% counterclockwise, turn it on again and keep it running. If it is still locked, turn the dial counterclockwise a little until it is running normally.
