Waste liquid incineration system includes waste liquid incinerator and related combustion system.The system includes: connected oxygen production equipment, local oxygen-increasing combustion mixing chamber, primary incineration chamber, secondary catalytic incineration chamber, air heat ex-changer, waste heat utilization and flue gas purification device; Harmful waste gas or atomized waste liquid, compressed air and pure oxygen are mixed in the mixing chamber at a set proportion and then passed into the primary incineration chamber for incineration.The waste liquid incineration system provided by our company can partially improve the oxygen content in the waste gas and waste liquid primary incineration furnace, to accelerate the combustion speed and promote the complete combustion, reduce the flue gas emission after combustion, and increase the heat utilization rate. After the primary incineration, the flue gas goes into the secondary catalytic incineration chamber to react with the catalyst, and the ammonia, hydrogen cyanide and other toxic gases generated after the primary incineration are decomposed into N2, H2 and CO2, so as to solve the environmental pollution caused by flue gas emission and contribute to energy conservation and emission reduction.

Specifically, it has the following characteristics:

Air assisted atomizing nozzle is used for waste liquid nozzle to improve atomizing quality and uniformity.

Swirl nozzles are used for fuel gas and combustion-supporting air to form a large gas back-flow zone, improve flame stability and enhance the turbulivity inside the furnace;

The waste liquid nozzle is set in the position of outer flame at the front of the furnace and sprayed evenly into the furnace. The gas back-flow area of the burner interacts with the waste liquid spray field to promote mixing and accelerate the evaporation and decomposition rate of waste liquid;

The inner nozzle of the burner is set as indent length, and the nozzle outlet uses refractory materials to form a flaring to improve the combustion efficiency and flame stability;

The water spray cooling system is set after the waste liquid is fully decomposed. In order to ensure the full evaporation of the waste water, an air-assisted atomizing nozzle is adopted.
