      Generalflame incinerator/SCC structure layout is drawing by calculating the energy consumption, flue gas, size, flue gas residence time and flow rate. Vertical double burner structure can be adopted to ensure uniform mixing of flue gas and uniform furnace temperature.The structure of incinerator/SCC can meet both ash discharge requirements and SNCR denitration requirements.The flue gas after denitrification enters the waste heat rotary kiln system.

  • The incinerator/SCC can be provided with ash hopper at the lowest place, access door and ash drain hole at the ash discharge place to facilitate manual ash cleaning.

  • The lower part of the ash hopper is provided with a water-cooled discharge valve and a screw conveyor, which are fed into the pneumatic conveying pump bin.

  • Ignition mode adopts secondary ignition, small fire ignites big fire, safe and reliable.

  • The burner has a wide range of suitability and flexibility for materials to ensure the burnout rate.

  • The temperature resistance for incinerator/SCC refractory casting materials is greater than 1300℃. Urea solution nozzles are set to meet the requirement of SNCR denitration.

The incinerator/SCC system mainly includes:

1. Incinerator/SCC burner

      Nozzles adopt porous and cone cyclone design, air distributes step by step, to adapt to the wide adjustment.   Multi-step design inside the conical porous cyclone can effectively generate the local flue gas vortex return zone, making the flame extremely stable and not affected by the heated flue gas shock. The incinerator/SCC combustion power adjusted within the range 30% ~ 110%.

2. Incinerator/SCC body

      The lining of the incinerator/SCC is made of refractory material conforming to the characteristics of ash/waste gas/waste liquid, which is resistant to high temperature, corrosion and wear, and the refractory temperature is higher than 1770℃. The incinerator/SCC has the function of heat preservation, the outer surface temperature of the position that can be touched is no more than 50℃ after heat preservation.

      It is easy for ash to accumulate during combustion. Combined with water-cooled spiral and pneumatic conveying mode, the incinerator/SCC adopts water-cooled high-temperature lock air to rotate the discharge valve to remove ash. Since the rotating discharge valve is a continuous discharging, will not accumulate ash in the ash hopper.And because of the use of water cooling device, fly ash falls into the discharge valve rapidly cooling, not easy to accumulate;Auxiliary equipment such as access port, ash removal hole, observation hole, explosion proof port, pressure and temperature measuring point are also set on incinerator/SCC.

      The flue gas entering the incinerator/SCC and produced by the rotary burner combustion mixes, forming a stable and uniform temperature field in the incinerator/SCC, ensuring the uniformity of the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the incinerator/SCC.

 

3. SNCR denitrification facility

SNCR denitrification facility consists of following:

  • Measuring and distribution system

  • Reductant storage, preparation and delivery system

  • Back pressure control valve

  • Spray gun distributing device

  • Wall type spray gun assembly

  • Diluent system

  • Water supply and drainage system and waste water treatment system

  • Pipeline

In the absence of smoke, failure of denitration PLC control system/reductant online concentration meter/pollutant online monitoring system, the SNCR system will stop

 

4. Incinerator/SCC pipeline system

The pipeline of incinerator/SCC includes the main fuel pipeline, ignition fuel pipeline, combustion air pipeline, nitrogen purge and release pipeline etc.

The main fuel pipeline consists of solenoid valve, ball valve, pressure switch, flow meter, electric regulating butterfly valve, manual valve, pipe steel structure and so on.Solenoid valve in the state of failure or accident will automatically cut off the main fuel to ensure safe production.

The ignition fuel pipe is composed of manual valve, pressure gauge, ignition solenoid valve, pipe steel structure etc., used for starting furnace and pilot burner.

The combustion air pipeline is composed of the blower, electric control valve, pressure switch, butterfly valve, steel structure of pipeline etc., among which the blower adopts frequency conversion control, equipped with muffler and outlet soft joint.
