process flow for euro style grinding mills for pulverized coal preparations(two-steps) is as follows:
The raw coal in the bunker goes into drying equipment for drying(optional) via conveying equipment, and goes into the buffer bunker before grinding via elevator and other equipment. The dried raw coal is feeding into MTW Euro style grinding mill via enclosed quantitative feeder (or vibrating feeder). The grinding powder goes to powder sorting machine, and goes through the pipeline to the powder collector(or collect by special explosion-proof pulse dust removal for coal mill.Through pneumatic conveying system,the collected finished pulverized coal goes into the warehouse to store(the pneumatic conveying way optional), and transport via tanker as required.We can add nitrogen system and carbon dioxide system, provide explosion and fire protection. The key components are installed with explosion protection valves to prevent equipment damage.
