The pulverized coal can be burnt for a long time, and the price is low! The carolic value of one ton of coal is equal to 700M3 of natural gas, and one year heating 3,500M3 of natural gas is needed to instead 5 tons of coal!
Pollution problem: Natural gas is fossil energy,it also have clean burning problems, in the combustion process it produces a large number of nitrogen oxides: in natural gas boiler industrial, nox emission concentration less than 200 mg/m3 only accounts for 35%, less than 400 mg/m3 accounts 94%, most nox emission concentration is around 300 mg/m3.A semi-coke-fueled decoupled combustion boiler can control nox emissions below 200 mg/m3, and a coal gas boiler can control nox emissions below 100 mg/m3.The main component of haze is PM2.5, and the culprit of PM2.5 is nitrogen oxide. Natural gas boilers have no advantage in reducing PM2.5.If measures are taken and environmental protection equipment is installed to reduce the nitrogen oxide emission concentration , the data can be reduced to 20mg/m3, it can only maintain the current atmospheric level. The use of natural gas cannot fundamentally solve the air pollution, but will only aggravate the haze.
