Carbon rotary kiln burner is used to produce carbon in the rotary kiln industry. The main features are:
The primary air wraps the fuel, and the rotary kiln burner minimizes the contact area between fuel and hot air, effectively reducing NOx emission;
The burner has a flame stabilizer in the center, which can run stably even under low load;
Excellent flame characteristics can greatly improve the production quality of clinker, and form a stable kiln skin to protect firebrick effectively;
The pressure required by primary air is low, and it can operate stably as long as it is greater than 10KPa, without adding high-pressure fan, so the transformation cost is reduced;
Only need to change the axial position to adjust the cyclone, change the burner inlet pressure to control momentum, and avoid the errors in operation. In the process of users' transformation, the rotary kiln burners make full use of existing equipment, no need to transform any other auxiliary equipment or coal feeding system, so as to save the investment cost and shorten the recovery cycle.
The axial flow wind and swirling flow wind are combined into a primary air passage, which reduced the pipeline pressure loss from the primary fan outlet to the burner's head. The momentum is more efficient, the flame is stronger, and the adjustment is simpler.
The primary air volume is about 6-8% according to different fuel types (calorific value, volatile matter, moisture, fineness etc.). The outlet of the external air channel adopts the small hole design, so the primary wind speed is increased (250m/s to 330m/s), without changing primary air volume;
The flame adjustment of rotary kiln burner is simpler: the swirler is designed at a gradual angle from 17 to 50 degrees, so as to change the flame shape. The flame size can be adjusted by changing the primary air pressure.
