Alumina rotary kiln burner is used to produce alumina in the rotary kiln industry. It is a multi-channel and multi-fuel burner developed by Generalflame using low NOx efficient combustion technology. Adopt unique nozzele design-several strands of airflow rotate around the fuel injection, a internal spiral air to insure sufficient mixing of fuel and air. By optimizing the nozzle design, the combustion of complex fuel is realized and the nitrogen oxide emission is reduced.
The burner developed by us has the advantage of high combustion efficiency, stable flame, good flexibility and strong comprehensive performance. It is a good choice for alumina rotary kiln equipment. A single burner can produce power up to 175MW, and can use with one fuel or several fuels, you can combine in multiple ways.

Q: What are the requirements for rotary kiln material?
Reply: Our Jufeng has a high standard on choosing material of rotary kiln.
1.Using very high grade steel plate (i.e. Q235, Q345) on structuring part;
2.Using wear-resistant steel (i.e. ZG35, ZGMn13, 65Mn, 35CrMo, ZG60Si2CrA) on quick-wear parts;
3.The motor, reducer, bearing, belt, bolts are Chinese top 5 brands;
4.Metallurgy performance must be considered during designing, cutting, bending, fitting & welding.
