Lime rotary kiln burner is an industrial burner used in lime production in rotary kiln equipment. We develop the burner, based on hundreds of new lime rotary kiln production lines as the actual firing system statistical data, the advanced technology at home and abroad for pulverized coal burning as the research and analysis background. Meanwhile, we adopt the theory for big speed difference and strong cyclone of the new modern combustion technology, combine with the characteristics of various fuel characteristics and new lime kiln production system structure performance, use Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation technology. The overall performance of lime rotary kiln burner is recognized by our customer.
