Petroleum coke burner is a kind of combustion system in which petroleum coke is used as fuel. In today's world, with the increasing of heavy and inferior crude oil, and with the deep processing of crude oil, the output of petroleum coke rises quickly. Using petroleum coke especially for clinker calcined petroleum coke fuel has become an industry trend, particularly in South America and Europe and other regions of the cement project almost all require the use of petroleum coke as fuel.
Composition of petroleum coke burner system:
The combustion system is arranged separately. The system is composed of the main control room, delivery pipe network and all-oxygen burner.
The main control room is a steel frame structure with powder storage bin, silo pump-type powder flow generator, powder flow conveyor, gas storage tank, various valves, pipelines and electrical control components (cabinets) and other equipment and accessories.
The pipe delivery network connects between the main control room and the all-oxygen burner, it is responsible for conveying qualified powder flow;
The burner in front of the furnace is composed of distributor, metal hose and burner etc., which is arranged on both sides of the melting furnace as a whole. The distributor is horizontally arranged in the center below the furnace to ensure te uniform distribution of powder flow of each burner.
Warranty period: 18months from date of shipment indicated in B/L.
