Product introduction

Coal tar boiler burner is machinery used in different industry zones, its main advantage are:

1. Good atomization effect which promotes combustion stability, improves combustion efficiency and reduces air pollution;

2. With a unique diffusion plate, ensures no carbon deposition;

3. Low oil pressure operation, oil pump is no easy to wear. Oil pumps inlet temperature 60 ℃ and prolongs the service life of oil pump;

4. Adopt large diameter nozzle, and it has the function of automatically cleaning the nozzle with air before flameout and shutdown, never clogging. It is most suitable for low-quality and high-viscosity oil;

5. Ignite with liquefied natural gas or natural gas, the ignition rate is absolutely 100%;

6. Can select "atomizing medium", air or steam according to the different viscosity of oil. 

The combustion equipment can be divided into two kinds according to its structure:

1.Swirl burner: the primary air with coal dust and the secondary air without coal dust are connected with the burner by different pipes. The pulverized coal and air can mix well and form a reflux zone. Each boiler can be equipped with 4 ~ 48 burners.

2.Direct flow burner: nozzle is a narrow shape; the primary and the secondary air in the burner are not rotating. Pulverized coal burns completely in it.
