Coke oven gas burner is specially designed for coke oven gas which is not very pure, with filtering function. Reasonable design, complete combustion, straight flame, can quickly increase the furnace temperature in a short time, to meet the requirements of use. The burner is composed of two parts: oil nozzle and air regulator. The principle is: to atomize oil into fine drops and spray it into the combustion chamber at a certain diffusion angle or atomization angle. After that, it is mixed with the incoming air for ignition. The amount of coke oven gas required for the boiler to produce a ton of steam is 82 cubic meters in theoretical terms, but it should be about 84 cubic meters in practice due to the boiler efficiency and other factors.
