Brief introduction
Kiln gas burner is kiln burner, use gas as fuel. We design the burner according to actual kiln status, like kiln dimensions, rotate direction, fuel ratio, kiln output, burning zone range, heat consumption etc.

Optimize the burner nozzle, improve the adjustment range of burner, improve the process adaptability, and make the flame concentrated, close but no touch to material to prevent the flame from diverging.
High pressure air blower is used to coordinate the flame holding nozzle of the new burner, improve the total thrust of burner, and further improve the flame length

It can adjust the swirl angle of burner in a wide range, improve the adaptability of flame, and form the best flue gas backflow area.
The main functions of the combustion device are:
(1) Fire protection: automatically close the fuel supply valve when fire is detected in the combustion device.
(2) Low gas pressure protection:
If the gas supply pressure in the combustion device is lower than the set value (5mbar) before starting, the combustion device cannot be started.
(3) Low air supply pressure protection:
A. If the air supply pressure in the combustion device is lower than the set value (5mbar) before starting, the combustion device cannot be started;
B. If the air supply pressure in the combustion device is lower than the set value (5mbar) during operation, the combustion device will automatically shut down.
(4) Leakage detection protection of gas valve train: when the leakage volume of natural gas valve train is detected to exceed the specified requirements (25%LEL/50%LEL), the combustion device cannot be started.
(5) Interlocking protection with rotary kiln operation, only the rotary kiln induced draft fan, the burner can start.
(6) Interlocking protection of gas cut-off valve and main induced draft fan of rotary kiln.
(7) Interlocking protection of automatic blowing of furnace, automatic ignition and flame monitoring;
(8) Loss of power (gas) protection: automatically shut down the combustion device in case of power cut;
(9) The output power of the burner can be automatically adjusted by the electric regulating valve according to the PID regulating mode with the flow rate;The working condition of rotary kiln is complicated, so it is suggested to adjust it manually according to the actual working condition.
