Introduction
Biogas low NOx burner is an industrial burner uses biogas as main fuel, and it adopts low NOx technology.
Biogas is a kind of renewable clean energy, with the advantages of wide source of raw materials, high calorific value and small environmental pollution. In biogas, in addition to a large amount of CH4, it also contains some CO2 and a small amount of H2S and other gases, so the combustion characteristics are different from normal flammable gas.
At present, we adopt two main technologies to reduce NOx emission: low NOx combustion and flue gas treatment. The former way is mainly to control NOx generations in the combustion process, while the latter way is to achieve low emission of pollutants through some special treatment of the total flue gas in the tail flue. There are two main technologies for flue gas treatment: one is selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) and the other is selective catalytic reduction (SCR).
