The SIC system is mainly used to control the in-site equipment operation of the industrial furnace ignition system. According to the in-site situation, the system is available for the in-site single step ignition operation and the flameout operation, and feed back the signals of various working positions with conditions to the host computer; control all kinds of field equipment. The SIC system is mainly composed of program control cabinet(programmable PLC controller as the core), local ignition control cabinet, high energy ignition device, flame detection device, oil (gas) burner, and corresponding propeller, and quickly turn off valve. It adopts advanced control equipment, all control components are stable and reliable, and with the function of interlock and protection, to ensure the long-term stability of the control system.
System functions:
Control the oil(gas)gun, control the advance and retreat of the ignition gun thruster; control the ignition of the high energy ignition device; control the switch of oil (gas) valve, purging valve and atomizing valve; display the working position and working condition of the control equipment; realize the automatic ignition by remote or by the program control cabinet.
Ignition rod: Its type is semiconductor, mainly used for high energy ignition. Withstand voltage: 5000V; spark energy: 3~30J; size: diameter 12/16/18/18L; cable connection thread: M18X1.0, M18X1.5; rod body material: 0Cr18Ni9; the top material: 0Cr25Ni20 high temperature alloy; length: 80-3000mm; the product applicable fuel: gas (natural gas, coal gas, methane etc.), widely used in fuel gas/oil industrial burner, stable, convenient and easy to install.
