Introduction of fuel delivery system
We, Generalflame provide turnkey service for the whole burning system, as well as the development and production for fuel delivery system. Matched with PLC control procedures, our waste liquid valve train mainly includes: return valve, oil filter, oil pressure gauge, oil pipe and joint, flow control system, monitoring system, fuel oil solenoid valve, nozzle, heavy oil preheater etc.
In the boiler pipeline, the types of oil and gas valves used on the pipeline are: ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, filter valves etc. Valve types required by different media in the pipeline are also different, generally includes: 1. Uses ball valves for pipes from inlet and outlet of softener to outlet of softener water tank; 2. Use gate valves of cast iron and cast steel to control the sewage outlet of the soft water tank and other pipelines; 3. The inlet and outlet of feed water dosing pump are controlled by swing check valve and y-type filter valve; 4. Uses copper ball valve for boiler water pump inlet; 5. Uses cast steel globe valves, cast iron or cast steel swing check valves and y-type filter valves for the import and export of gear oil pumps; 6. The nozzle of middle oil tank of fuel and gas valve set is controlled by cast steel globe valve; 7. Uses copper ball valve for inlet of oil pump of boiler body; 8. Uses cast steel swing check valve for boiler steam pipe; 9. Add a copper swing check valve to the continuous discharge of the boiler; 10. Cast steel globe valve for sub-steam drum; 11. Uses special cast steel globe valve at the entrance of fuel oil and gas valve group. 12. Uses breather valve with fire protection when connecting underground/intermediate oil tank with air.
