Description of industrial flammable liquid, flammable oil burner
Industrial flammable liquid or oil burner uses flammable liquid or oil as main fuel. It has the following characteristics:
The liquid or oil nozzle is set at the outer flame in front of the furnace, and sprayed into the furnace uniformly. The fuel gas return zone of the burner interacts with the liquid or oil spray field, to promote mixing and accelerate the evaporation and decomposition of the liquid or oil;
The inner nozzle of the burner is set as a retractable length, and the burner outlet uses refractory materials to form a flaring to improve combustion efficiency and flame stability;
Furnace temperature and pressure: Structures of burners will be customized according to the supporting equipment furnace pressure (positive pressure or negative pressure, positive pressure requires the burner to overcome high pressure, negative pressure requires the burner to overcome low pressure) and temperature, and choose suitable materials;
Influence of abnormal function:
If the flame is too long, will lead to:
Low flame temperature
The heat transferred from flame is low
The burning zone is long (lone kiln skin zone)
Sometimes the kiln skin is unstable where the transition zone meets the burned zone
The kiln is unstable
If the flame is too short, too wide, and contact the kiln brick and bed, will lead:
Local reducing atmosphere
Increased sulfur volatility and cycling
Premature failure of kiln bricks
Kiln skin is unstable or completely absent
If the flame is not centered along the kiln axis, and contact the kiln brick or material layer, will lead:
Local reducing atmosphere
Increased sulfur volatility and cycling

The kiln skin is unstable
