Description of multiple fuel, dual fuel burner
Multiple fuel or dual fuel burner is a combustion device that burns flammable gas, oil, coal, or any two or more fuels simultaneously. Multi-fuel burners are beneficial to the rational use of existing energy resources and have been widely used in boilers in metallurgical and petroleum sectors. Our factory specializes in the production of fuel oil, gas, solid fuel, oil and gas mixing combustion burner.
Oil and gas fuel with similar properties can be burned simultaneously with the same air distribution. Through separate nozzle combustion or alternate combustion, fuels with different properties in the same furnace can avoid insufficient combustion.
There are three types of swirling flow multiple fuel burners: oil-gas mixing burner, coal-oil mixing burner and gas-oil- coal mixing burner. The oil gun of the first two types burner is set in the central sleeve tube, air gun majorly set in the periphery of the layout in multiple, some also be set in the circumferential air intake layout (see oil-gas burner). If an air gun or circumferential air inlet is added to the coal-oil burner, it becomes a gas-oil-coal multi-fuel burner. Normally one burner at three fuels is not adopted. Straight flow multiple-fuel burner can burn different fuels in the same furnace at the same time. In the same set of burners, the lower part is equipped with oil-gas burners and the upper part is equipped with pulverized coal burner, this arrangement is conducive to the burnout of pulverized coal. The upside of some straight flow pulverized coal burner is also equipped with multi-tube gas nozzle, used for combustion for fuel gas. Its structure is composed of dozens of straight gas nozzles, arranged in the square air nozzle, air mixes with combustible gas in the nozzle outlet.
