Introduction to methanol burner
Methanol burner is a kind of burner which takes methanol as fuel and is used in rotary kiln, hot blast stove and boiler industry. The methanol burner developed by our company adopts a full automatic control system, which can realize remote monitoring and breakdown alarm. Due to the corrosivity of methanol fuel, we specially develop anticorrosive pure copper solenoid valve. The solenoid valve adopt (program controller) integrated circuit output, which avoids saturated coil, controls coil magnetic flux and coil starting current. Controlling of the power supply voltage, current, frequency ensures that the electromagnetic valve to run 24hours a day under high temperature and vile condition. The piping system adopts the all-copper design, and the connection uses anticorrosive and high-temperature resistant adhesive. Components deals with special high temperature paint and corrosion resistance treatment, circuits all use high temperature resistant cable, the oil pipeline is equipped with dual protection system to prevent safety accidents caused by fuel leakage. The oil pipeline and gas pipeline are equipped with built-in filtration system.
