We are pleased to announce that the gas burner systems and auxiliary equipment for the Φ5.5m×110m rotary kiln at the FHT Industrial Park ferronickel project in Indonesia have entered the scheduled production and testing phase. This project is a key ferronickel smelting support facility in Indonesia, and we place the highest priority on the safety and reliability of our supplied equipment.
As part of our rigorous quality control procedures, we have successfully completed penetrant testing (PT) on the weld seams and surfaces of the front-end gas nozzles and valve piping of the burners. The testing was performed to ensure absolute leak-tightness of the gas supply system. All results fully met the applicable standard requirements, with no reportable defects detected. This confirms that the surface integrity and density of these critical components comply with design specifications.

This penetrant testing is one of several in-process inspections we perform on pressure-bearing parts prior to final assembly. By implementing a step-by-step, layered quality control strategy at every manufacturing stage, we ensure that each component is in optimal condition before final assembly and site commissioning. Our systematic approach guarantees long-term operational stability for the project.
At present, the subsequent final assembly and factory acceptance tests for this batch of burners and auxiliary systems are proceeding on schedule. We remain on track for timely delivery and shipment, fully supporting the construction progress of the FHT Industrial Park project in Indonesia.
