Gas-mixing burners are a common burner for the development of modern industry. Here, we will talk about the matching rules for automatic ignition devices for gas-mixed burners.
1. When the rated output power of the gas mixing burner is less than 120kW, the main flame can be directly ignited.
2. When the rated output power of the burner is not less than 120kW and less than 1000kW, it can directly ignite a small fire, but the power of the small fire should be less than 120kW or less than 30% of the rated output power.
3. When the rated output power of the gas mixing burner is greater than 1000 kW, an independent start flame automatic shut-off valve and flow regulating valve should be selected. The burner should first start the flame and wait for the flame to confirm and then ignite a small fire. The independent starting flame power should be less than 10% of the maximum output power.
