120–150 TPD Capacity | 6MW Gas Burner | Complete Fuel Gas System Supplied
We are pleased to announce that the second ignition of the 6MW gas burner for the φ2.4×35m zinc oxide rotary kiln at Yangzhou Xinyikai project site has been successfully completed! This milestone fully demonstrates the system's stability and reliability, paving the way for continuous production.
Scope of Supply (Complete Gas System)
Our complete delivery for this project includes:
- Special gas burner for rotary kiln (6MW power, designed for 120–150 TPD)
- Gas train (safety shut-off valves, control valves, pressure switches, etc.)
- Primary air fan (ensuring stable air supply)
- Ignition device (high-energy igniter)
- Flame detector (UV/ionization type for real-time monitoring)
Technical Highlights
- Burner flame shape adjustable to match the thermal profile of zinc oxide rotary kiln.
- Gas train complies with strict safety standards, featuring leak detection and fast-closing safety valves.
- Primary air fan integrated with burner control for precise air-fuel ratio, reducing energy consumption.
- Sensitive ignition and flame monitoring system supports remote onebutton start/stop for unmanned safe operation.
Project Significance
The successful second ignition confirms the stability and safety of the entire gas system under varying load conditions, enabling the customer to achieve a 120–150TPD zinc oxide calcination capacity. This proven solution is readily replicable for gas-fired conversions or new projects involving rotary kilns, drying kilns, and industrial furnaces.
