The gas mixture burner is a kind of commonly used burner in modern industry development.
1. When the rated output power of the gas mixture burner is less than 120kW, the main flame can be directly ignited.
2. When the rated output power of the burner is not less than 120kW but less than 1000kW, small fire can be directly ignited, but the power of small fire should be less than 120kW or less than 30% of the rated output power.
3. When the rated output power of the gas mixture burner is greater than 1000kW, an independent starting flame automatic cut-off valve and flow regulating valve shall be selected.The burner shall first ignite the starting flame and then ignite the small flame after the starting flame is confirmed. The independent starting flame power shall be less than 10% of the maximum output power.
