Background technology:

 

At present, the common gas combustion system of rotary kilns in metallurgical industry in China is to build a gas pressurization station around the rotary kilns, equipped with several high-power roots blowers to convert low-pressure gas into high-pressure gas to meet the production needs.This high-pressure gas combustion system has the following disadvantages: 1. Each start-up and shutdown of a gas pressure station is complex, labor-intensive, and requires special monitoring; 2.2. The burner flame of the combustion system is concentrated, the combustion injection speed is fast, the flame injection distance is long, when the rotary kiln reaches 1250 degrees, the high temperature area extends to the end of the kiln.The temperature of the front grate preheating section of the kiln tail can reach 1150 ~ 1200℃ when the temperature is 1300℃, and the temperature of the grate should not be higher than 1100℃ for a long time.Therefore, the grate operation under high temperature often causes great damage to the equipment. The grate bars are often shut down for maintenance due to combustion.3. Slow temperature rise of combustion system.In order to reach the normal roasting temperature after ignition, a large amount of heat must be provided by the hot air of the annular cooler, which takes more than 24 hours, wastes a large amount of gas, and even affects production.4. The pressure station system has many faults, which have great impact on production, long maintenance time, high cost and large power consumption.

 

The low pressure gas burning device of rotary kiln can cancel the pressurized gas station, ensure the flame intensity and length stability of gas burner under low pressure gas condition, and the temperature can meet the production needs.
