Introduction To Burner System Of Rotary Kiln

 

Combustion control system include: the main burner and small burning mouth, and the high energy ignition device and purple flame detection device, the combustion/thermostat wind machine and pneumatic fast cutting, gas control valves, pneumatic plate flow meter, electric control valves, electric control valve, and burning of orifice meter and flue gas heat exchanger, temperature and pressure of oxygen volume testing equipment, Siemens control system, the gas radiation and some other hand valves and so on.

 

Ignition device

control description

 

3.1 system requirements for core object control

 

1) Outlet temperature of hot air furnace

 

2) The air/fuel ratio of burning air to gas

 

3) Pressure in tunnel kiln

 

4) The amount of oxygen in the air

 

3.2 The above points require us to configure the combustion system:

 

the control of hot air outlet temperature is mainly to adjust the opening of the gas regulating valve by detecting the deviation between the actual temperature and the set temperature through PLC, and then to control the burner heat load to meet the process requirements; Air regulating valve opening change, and air regulating valve according to the manual bushing/coal ratio automatically changed to the air flow, to achieve the purpose of gas as a complete combustion; The pressure in tunnel kiln is controlled by PLC through adjusting the opening of flue gas pipe control valve. Manual adjust of air volume to control oxygen content in flue gas.
