Furnace flame detector :

    The function of the flame detecting system is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the burner. Normally the flame detecting system is is used to detect flame for the fuel gas and oil industrial burner, and is divided into two types: The red flame detector and the ultraviolet flame detector. 

    When the detector is sensitive to the red and ultraviolet radiation, and has no reaction to the light and high temperature radiation in the furnace, with strong anti-interference. It is used for control cabinet or field installation, please select model and bracket according to the field situation, and avoid high temperature and rain. The detector can control the ignition device automatically, and open the fuel valve when ignition. The power indicator (red) lights up when switch on the power, if no ignition in the setting time, the controller automatically closes the fuel valve; If the ignition is successful, the fuel valve will keep opening and the fuel is supplied normally. When detecting the flame, if the flame is detected, the controller fire indicator light (green) is on, and the fuel valve keeps open, fuel supply normally; When no flame is detected, the controller fire indicator light (green) is off and the fuel valve is automatically closed.
