Description of integrated burner
For boiler use, normally adopts integrated type, while industrial use adopts split type. Our boiler use burner is different from market brand, because our burner is customized, with much higher technology. The fuel can be flammable gas, oil and pulverized coal etc.
The performance characteristics of integrated boiler burner are as follows:
Applicable fuel range: 2200 kcal/Nm3≤fuel gas calorific value≤5000 kcal/Nm3;
Fuel gas pressure range: 5kPa ≤fuel gas pressure≤10kPa;
Fully automatic operation control, matching mechanical ratio and electronic air-fuel ratio adjustment;

The electronic air-fuel ratio adjustment can communicate with the host computer, communication protocol is Modbus.
Set with indirect ignition flame, and the ignition fuel is the same as the main fuel.
Gas valve train adopts pneumatic valve, large driving torque, safe and reliable closure.
Adopting split structure, the fan can be installed far away from the burner, which is easy to reduce noise.
Can be made into hot blast resisting type products according to clients' request, highest hot blast temperature can reach 250 ℃.
