Specification:

Blast furnace gas(BF gas) hot-blast stove burner is an industrial burner which uses BF gas as fuel and used in hot-blast stove industry. The main components of BF gas are CO, CO2, N2, H2 and CH4, etc., of which the combustible component CO accounts for about 25%, the content of H2 and CH4 is very low, the content of CO2 and N2 respectively accounts for 15% and 55%, and the calorific value is only about 800kCal/Nm3. CO2 and N2 in BF gas do not participate in the combustion to generate heat, nor can they assist combustion. On the contrary, they absorb a large amount of heat generated in the combustion process, which results in the low theoretical combustion temperature. BF gas is an inferior fuel with low calorific value, high dust content, high water content and unstable pressure. The BF gas burner developed by Jufeng thermal technology adopts a variety of methods, such as unique combustion head and internal heat storage combustion, which successfully solves the above problems.  And, due to the problem of low calorific value of BF gas is not reliable in ignition and it is easy to cause de-ignition during operation, we choose to add pilot burner device. At the same time, cyclone device is added to ensure the stability of the flame. Without adding any high calorific value fuel to the combustion, the cold furnace can ignite and combust stably, and it is not easy to be affected by the fluctuating pressure and unstable components of the BF gas.

1.The burner is designed and manufactured in accordance with the international standard (EN676-1996).

2.The air distribution system of the burner has two types for users' choice: forced air supply and low negative pressure induced air frequency regulation. Sufficient combustion, strong flame.
