   The waste oil pumping station is used to transport fuel as waste oil for burning in combustion systems. 

    In today's world, a large amount of oil consumption brings a large amount of waste oil to the environment. As early as 1990, data showed that if the collected waste oil was burned as fuel, would save us $0.64 for each ton of oil. Using waste oil as fuel is of great significance to reduce the pressure on the environment and resources. Therefore, at the demand of market, we can provide endusers with customized programs, structures and specifications, according to the request of the fuel properties and field conditions.

    Compared with other fuel oil pump stations, waste oil pump stations have significant features, includes:

• the composition of waste oil is complex and the combustion properties of different components are quite different, especially for the corrosion of fuel, so the materials for pipeline and all other parts must be anti-corrosion materials.

• A filter is needed to remove some of the waste impurities.

• If the viscosity is too high, a heating system may be required.

    We design and produce different pump station system to convey different flammable liquid fuels, such as diesel oil, heavy oil, residual oil, fuel oil and other media. 

• Can be satisfied with high, medium and low pressure fuel delivery requirements to meet different pressure requirements from users.

• The oil pump is equipped with adjusting device for oil temperature and oil pressure to meet different pressure and temperature requirements from users.

• Can provide with screw pump or gear pump, single or double pump to meet different options.

    Our our combustion system related equipment can satisfy with international certificate request, such as CE, at end-users' request. We calclulate and design system data on base of actual kiln status, one kiln one design, with Generalflame patent technology.
