Low NOx reconstruction method of burner:

1.Select the low NOx burner with its own recycling technology

Using the pressure head of combustion air, suck some combustion flue gas back into the burner and mixed with air for combustion. Due to flue gas recirculation, the heat capacity of flue gas is large, the combustion temperature decreases, and NOx decreases.

2.Select the low NOx burner with external flue gas recycling (FGR) technology

3.Select the full premix burner

It refers that, the gas is thoroughly mixed with enough air in front of the burner, without supplying extra air during the combustion process.
