Product introduction

Diesel kiln burner is a kind of burner used in the kiln with diesel as fuel. It is composed of oil nozzle and wind regulator. The oil nozzle is placed on the axis line of the wind regulator, atomizing the oil into fine drops, spraying them into the combustion chamber at a certain angle of diffusion, mixing with the air sent by the wind regulator, and then burning on fire. There are two kinds of oil nozzles: pressure atomization and double fluid atomization. The pressure atomizing oil nozzle is composed of a splitter, a swirl and an atomizer. The oil pressure is generally 2 ~ 3 M Pa. The oil in the swirl produces high-speed rotation movement; ejected through the central hole, broken into fine drops under the action of centrifugal force, the average diameter of the oil droplets after atomization is less than 100 microns. The double fluid atomizing oil nozzle uses steam or compressed air as atomizing medium to accelerate the oil to break up and atomize. The Y-type oil nozzle using steam as atomizing medium is named after the Y-shaped oblique intersection of steam channel and oil channel. It has the advantages of large load regulation range and less steam consumption.

2. Strong fuel adaptability: Only need to replace a few parts, the burner can be applied to natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, liquefied petroleum mixture and other gas.

3. High safety: the burner is equipped with small fire. When the boiler starts, open small fire first. When the small fire burns normally and stably, the automatic control system will open the main gas valve and fuel can enter into the boiler for normal combustion without deflagration.
