Introduction to low NOx burners:

Low nitrogen burner and low nitrogen oxide burner refer to the burner with low NOx emission during fuel combustion. Low NOx burners can reduce NOx emissions during combustion. The oxides of nitrogen produced in the combustion process are mainly NO and NO2, which are commonly known as NOx.

Low nitrogen burners usually refer to burners with NOx emission of 30~80 mg.NOx emissions below 30 mg are commonly referred to as ultra-low nitrogen burners;

The main characteristics of low NOx combustion technology are: mature process, low investment and low operating cost. In countries with very strict NOx emission requirements (such as Germany and Japan), low-nox burners are adopted to reduce NOx by more than half before denitrification of flue gas.
