There are chemical and physical reactions inside the burning kiln, and the calcining stage is divided into three stages: preheating stage, calcining stage and cooling stage.When calcining limestone, the heat between materials and calcining belt in the rotary kiln area is exchanged back and forth, so that the water in raw materials is evaporated. Under the condition of uneven heating, the volume expands and the ultimate compressive strength decreases.When the internal temperature reaches 700 degrees Celsius, it enters the calcining zone.
The calcining zone is in the middle of the burning kiln. When the material enters the area, the fuel will start to burn with the help of the blower.A large amount of heat can be released, so that the temperature in the kiln will slowly rise. When the temperature reaches a certain range, need to control the temperature.For example, when calcine limestone in this case, the decomposition rate of limestone and the gas generated will be relatively large, which is conducive to the raw material calcining into clinker.The generated gas exhaust by the airflow and the clinker enters the cooling zone.
The cooling zone is in the lower part of the kiln body of the incineration kiln, and the residual clinker will not decompose in this area.
